When goliath pushed kitt over, you can see kitt's bottom and that makes me ask a question why kitts bottom is covered up, I mean if kitts bottom is covered then replicas bottom should be covered up too, But still why the bottom is covered up?!

Yes, they actually used a scale model. It had many flaws, for example it had no air intake (or whatever it is called) on the hood...

I think he is refering to one or two shots of a real car with the
bottom covered up. They probably did that because they removed
most of the under carriage to make the car lighter. It was most
likely a shell so they could move it around easier, or tip it up on
its side for the Goliath episode.
