episode help

i remember an episode where michael was to be undercover, on vacation,quit or was suspended and he was replaced by some nerdy guy who KITT could not stand. i think michael showed up later in the episode. can anyone tell me what episode this was. i didn't come across this episode on any of the dvd sets but i have not watched every episode on all 4 of the season sets yet.

The episode you are thinking of is "Knight In Disgrace." It is on Season 3 by the way. Check on the website below for it and take a look yourself.

That's one of my fav episodes. It was all planned for Michael to look like he got suspended from the foundation.

I just took it as an episode where the main guy is removed from position and we get a chance to see someone else almost doing what he has always been doing.
