Fresh from Kickin it old Skool set & my brief, but enlightening talk to
David Hasselhoff tells me that the Knight Rider Movie is going to
be before the camera's soon.
The people who do the bonus material for the DVD interviewed him
& it leaves no doubt of David's commitment to keeping KITT with a voice
as well as not letting it become a joke.
I need to tell you all that the reason for all the stops & starts surrounding
the Knight Rider Movie is because of the tug of war between Hollywood power brokers who dont care about Knight Rider & David Hasselhoff who does care.
The bottom line is Hasselhoff won & he has dropped the Devon Holograph thing , so he will play Micheal Knight taking on Devons duty & bring an as yet un -named actor to do the young loner part.
Hopefully all go's to plan

Seems we Might See David And Kitt Before The movie

David Hasselhoff will make a cameo in "KITT" in a Jamie Kennedy movie called "Kickin It Old School". It is currently in production in Vancouver and after a couple weeks of price negotiations with me, the producers chose a car two hours from the location shoot. (I'm 4 days away) It's Dave Doggett's car. He has my stuff from the early 90's and and is the one organizing the Make A Wish Foundation car show. Although it's not as functional as mine, it's a nice car, not a hack job.

What's interesting is that Dave had been trying to get Hasselhoff's contact information, (PR person Judy Katz doesn't return phone calls or e-mails), and now he will spend the entire day with him. As I recall Hasselhoff has been heavily involved with Make A Wish.

I was scrambling to finish my car but since it's low budget film they couldn't pay my price. I guess commercials is where the money is.

I'd like to thank Dale Persch for sending these guys my way anyway.
