"Saw" actor Tobin Bell in Knight Rider?

Knight of the Juggernaut has been playing on Sleuth the past couple days (I would love to buy the Season 4 DVD set, but I just can't after hearing all these audio issue comments), and I noticed that Mr. Elliott, the "donor" heavy that is made to look like Devon, looks suspiciously like Tobin Bell from the Saw movies to me.....I couldn't freeze frame on TV obviously, and I'm not about to go searching through my old tapes for the episode, but I'm curious now....If it is him, he doesn't appear to be part of the credited cast or on IMDB as an uncredited appearance either....If it's not him....well it sure does look like him!
