Season 3 images/grabs

Has anybody else tried to make screen grabs from Season three yet?
I was wondering of my problem was unique or if it was the same for someone else... My software won't grab. All I get when I paste into an image program is a green screen and no nice picture of what's in the DVD player.
If anyone is able to make screengrabs, what software are you using?

I've been capturing with Intervideo WinDVD fine ... it sounds like you're having the printscreen problem. What SW are you using?

Have you tried it with the other sets? Not sure what app/system you are on, but in Mac-land, DVD screenshots are disabled without third party software. This might be the case here as well?

imo the best program for dvd screen caps is Cyberlink PowerDVD, its not freeware but its worth every penny.
Ive been using it for mistake spotting for a year now without any probs, actually i just finished searching KR season 1 for Visible crew and cameras and ill post them soon....96 pics so far

I have cyberlink powerDVD 5, so I'm guessing I probably need to update to v6, since all my other DVDs capture just fine.
