Of course, Bill Gates is has written a letter today for MSN Search. So, I decided to perform the Acid Test and see what kind of images pull up for the term "Knight Rider". Here's what I found:

"Knight Rider" must have been so good, that in France, there was a comic!: http://www.closetmonster.net/comics/Knightrider.html

I found this rather funny when I saw it: http://www.zeppelin.co.nz/zads/print/knightrider.gif

People like KITT's scanner (or should I say a Cylon eye) so much, that it's influential: http://www17.tomshardware.com/howto/200 ... er-40.html

When I saw this I thought, "Who the hell is Keenan Wynn?"- http://www.cinecityplanet.com/E_frame.h ... _3968.html

Our worse nightmare on two levels! 1. KITT not a Trans-Am. 2. KITT not solving crime: http://www.atpapullersonline.com/driver ... 0Rider.JPG

That's about all she wrote. :)

The comic book is the well-known adaptation of "Killer K.I.T.T.", very faithful! Nice artwork.

I hope to include the complete issue over at the Archive soon!

I was thinking of getting one of those cases in black and modding the mouth part (they call it an "eye" but that's looking more like a mouth to me) to use green lights and not blue. But then I read some reviews on it and saw images of the back. This case usually has problems with the fit of the power supply and fans. And the back fan area is stepped, half outward and half inward, and not flat. I'm not sure if I like that type of design.

I thought about getting one myself. I wanna get a cheap PC to handle those few things that aren't availablle on a Mac, but not after pricing the componets.

It would be cheaper to just get a nice Dell and learn to live without the scanner :(

I have a very generic scanner I found at a local AutoZone store a few years ago. It cost about $20.00 and only has 5 lights inside the light bar. I'm thinking about mounting it on my wall.
