For those of you who haven't seen the episode of MacGyver that stared Patti as a guest star, myself included, it will air tomorrow (Thursday the 18th) on TV Land. According to the online schedule the episode will air at 8AM and 1PM (Eastern time).
Oh a somewhat related topic, was Patti's guest spot on MacGyver in 1986 the reason that she did not appear in the final KR episode?
Thats all for now,

This episode has been mentioned so many times but I have never seen it. I always hear about it after the fact: "hey, Patricia was on Macguyver last night!" So a MAJOR thank you, Knightwolf, for letting us know ahead of time!

Edward Mulhare was on Macgyver too, the only episode I ever saw. It was pretty cool. He was this rich snob that drove this big old Cadillac. MacGyver ended up making a mortar out of the muffler

Hey what the hell was MacGyver's last name anyway? Or if that's his last name, what was his first? And why does he only have one name? Some things we just may never know...

Too lazy to google... (wow, now THAT'S lazy!) I think his name was Angus MacGyver.

Ahhh I remember now...the episode where he has a dream he's in medieval times as, appropriately enough, a knight. Upon further Googling, in the early episodes his name was supposedly "Gus," no doubt short for Angus. Thanks!

His character resembled Devon Miles in most respects. If you look at different roles played by the same actor, be it Patricia McPherson (eccentric engineer), Edward Mulhare (well-dressed aristocrat), Nicholas Worth (bad guy for hire) or Lance LeGault (tough man with vested interests), they all seem the same when played by that actor.
I think his name was Angus MacGyver.
This page said that his first name is Stace.

When this occurs with actors, it is called type-casting. As for MacGyver's first name as Stace?!?! I think I have to go with Angus because it was explained in an episode.
By the way, my favorite episodes were always the ones with Murdock (MacGyver's nemesis) in them. I remember he would "die" at the end of every episode he was in, then later return and explain how he survived. The way I like to think of it: Murdock is the human equivalent of K.A.R.R. to MacGyver.

Oh... forgot to mention... The character she plays is named "Mike". Can't go wrong with that!

Yeah, she was only one that didn't go for the 80's MASSIVE hair thing, and she looked amazing. (Still does of course, but she's a tad old for me now
