Okay, here's what just popped in my head, while i was browsing
through the general discussion forum, and id thought, hmm...
We all know that children love cartoons (or in technical terms)
animation. Why not have a Knight Rider: animated series,
for the children?. (rated G)
Think about it, we all are adults here, but we're like
big children too, so we have all the original tv series, KR 2000
tv-movie, TKR, and of course, the up coming KR:motion picture,
(not to mention, all KR:conversion companies to fulfill our own
dream car of the future).
So,.....for the little children, (or us big children-like adults), why not have an animated KR series, (it doesnt have to be like a timeline or anything).
The animated program is basically not just about one man, one car,
but every episode storyline is about a show of alot of heart, character, embelishing their imaginations, they can achieve and do their best in education, sticking together in friendships, helping one another,
and so on....(and not to mention, it has to have ALOT OF HUMOR, make the kids laugh more; make the animated show comical too), in a way, kinda like Kim possible, or even Dexter's Laboratory.
I dont know, what does everyone think about this concept? :?:

 :dash: :kittconv:

when i read animated series i was thinking something more along the lines of the animated batman series that came out a few years ago. not as dark of course, but not as "educational" as your concept. lots of humor is good though : )

I can contribute with the artwork. I have plans of creating a new partner for Michael, as well as recalling three of Michael's old one-time partners in this new series. Not to be confused with a tag-team event based on KR, but something different.

The missions should be very tough, not like those winpy, irritating 'missions' in season 2, where they're solving personal problems. Tough ones, like Knight Flight to Freedom, or Mouth of the Snake.

I had a friend that had a go at doing a CGI short for a Knight Rider fanfilm, but they ended up not having time to do it.

But what he did pull off was quite good. This was nearly a year ago though. So I'm sure if someone has the skills, they could put together a fairly decent animation.

About 2 years ago, Hasselhoff hinted at wanting to do a movie, a TV series AND a cartoon of Knight Rider. He's still talking about the movie and series, but the cartoon idea seems to have faded.
