knight rider online

Hey guys, Mike Knight here once again....

I've just gotta ask a question to you all:
How does it feel to you that Knight Rider is slowly moving back into the spotlight?

I mean, we've got:
-A New CD
-Upcoming Video Games!
-T-Shirts! (Really good ones, by the way. I'm wearing mine right now)
-A recently released model!
-The first All-Knight Rider book ever! (which, I might add, I can't wait to get)
-Knight Rider is back on KDOCTV!
-And, most of all, a Movie in production!

Knight Rider is coming back, and I'm really glad! I may even be hyped up enough to get up and finish "Knight Time"!

So what do you guys think about Knight Rider's return to the spotlight?

It's a dream that comes true. finnally the real thing we all have been refusing to let go for the past 15 years is coming back, I don't know about you guys and girls but I can only guess that those 5 highly skilled operatives didn't realy cut it

To the original question: It's about damn time!!!

To KITT: The CD is the Don Peake Soundtrack, and the T-shirt is a simple black Knight Rider T-shirt that was available for a limited time here in the states in certain places, and can still be ordered in some....online (sorry) shops.

Actually, that's not the shirt i'm wearing. The one i'm wearing was bought at Hot Topic.
It has Micahel, in a circle on the shirt, looking at you, with his comlink raised near his mouth, and KITT is viewed from a three quarter veiw below, and the "Knight" is on the left side of the image, and "Rider" is on the right side.
It's a really high quality shirt.

I guess its really easy to own a KR shirt. there is a t shirt graphic printer's store down teh road from me. i guess if i asked them to put a kr graphic on my shirt, it can be done. they do almost anything but they need a picture and a pic of kitt n michael is easy to find!

You have a point, Mike, but it does seem lately that there has been an acceleration of goodies.

At first it seems like a sudden resurgence, but if you look back it has been a slow, constant build-up. Keep in mind that we first heard about the new Knight Rider project over a year ago (when it looked like it would be a series). Before that we had a new T-shirt released, the Matchbox KITT car, and other small goodies.

Things are definitely speeding up, but this resurgence has probably been three years in the making.

While the movie project really started coming together in 2000 when David was able to obtain the film rights, I knew he was trying to buy them as early as October 1995. David said and I quote "I would like to make Knight Rider a feature" He said this on Entertainers a show hosted by a black man ressembling Arsenio Hall. It aired in my area on CBS at 2am in the morning.

I stopped by Hot Topic today... they don't have the Knight Rider shirt but the sales guy said he would put in a request for it. Hopefully they can get it for me.

I think I'm a little too old to be shopping there. Studded leather pants just aren't my style.

I did the same thing yesterday. No KR shirts but they did have a nice Thundercats shirt and Spongebob too.
