Did you guys also notice that it was voiced by William Daniels again? That's the second time he's voiced KITT for the series. Bart and Millhouse were walking through a section of the Museum of Television titled "Things That Shouldn't Talk But Do". Awesome scene! The episode was titled "Milhouse Doesn't Live Here Anymore" FYI.

It was so quick and unexpected that one almost needs to review it several times over to notice what was said.

Perhaps, Mike will get a clip for his site in a few...

Cool stuff - but what does Kitt say? Sounds unintelligable.

Thanks for the clip Mike. :)

And yeah, sounds like 'door ajar' to me.

It is "door ajar". Always nice to see KITT bought up even if for a micro second.

I think we here at Knight Rider Online should launch a full scale investigation into Michael Pajaro. Notice how he ALWAYS has a recording of these little clips. I say he is in cahoots with Hollywood and should be reprimanded for not imforming us before the clip aires!!!!!!!

Just messing with ya' Mike, Thanks again for capturing the clip.

I have 2 things going for me:

1. Living on the West Coast, I'm able to catch things 3 hours after people report them back east.

2. TiVo. Wonderous TiVo.

This is bizarre...

Mister Ed was on the Simpsons last night, as was Isabel Sanford from the Jeffersons. I just read that Sherman Hemsley, George Jefferson, will be doing the voice of Mister Ed in a new FOX series.

Small world.

They could've at least drawn KITT accurately, such as like an actual 1980's Trans Am.

Image

That just looks like a completely different car with a KITT style scanner attached to it!

Well, if cartoon people can be yellow with 4 fingers on each hand, it sort of follows that KITT might also change a bit.

I don't think this shot of KITT was intended to be viewed at a stand still. In fact, as I recall, the shot happened so fast that the finer details were barely necessary.

In other words, what really counts is that from a split second scene, many could recognize the reference at all.

But, the rear view mirror was a bad oversight...
