Hi Folks,

As some of you may or may nor remember last year I went and asked universal playback if they were going to be releasing any more knight riders on DVD and low and behold the best of knight rider came out for christmas..... nice, except that all the epsodes that have been put on their are ones that are currently ou on VHS (chances are people are going already have them), and they have put the pilots on their and called them Knight of the Phoenix Parts One and Two.

Has anyone else noticed this??

"there" not "their"

"there" denotes location. "she was laying there with her dog"
"their" denotes possesion. "she was laying with their dog"

sorry it was buggin' me. : )

The latest Knight Rider DVD release is very good but one question is, Why do they put episodes on DVD that are either already on DVD or VHS? Knight Of the Phoenix already was released and Knightmares was and so was A Good Knight's Work and so was Soul Suvivour and Trust Doesn't Rust. They should get started with episodes that are not already released. There's too many to choose from and yet Playback haven't even taken half of them.

And as for calling the Pilot Knight of The Phoenix Parts 1 and 2, I am not sure why. On the first DVD they have it as one episode.

Just for the record the pilot aired as a two hour movie, never as a two parter.

If Universal Playback did it, then they did so to make it seem like there were 6 episodes instead of 5 to sell you and those who didnt know it was one movie....

Basically a con, hence, why I still haven't bought the DVD yet.

And don't plan to anytime soon until or IF until they change their ways, which is unlikely.

Prove me wrong, UP!!!!

I bought it, thought it was good value, hadn't seen Trust Doesn't Rust, ever and hadn't seen Knightmares or Soul Survivor in years. I've got a copy of the pilot in DivX form as the 2 hour movie anyway, so no real big problems there to be honest.

I'll buy Knight Rider DVDs if and only if they're released in season box sets.
