KITT has been wrecked few times. Like the time he faced Goliath. Does anyone have a list of those episodes? Or episodes when KITT was kidnapped? I heard that there was this one episode wiht KITT painted white. Is it true?

That will be Junk Yard Dog I think when he went into the acid bath and was re built and went round the test track in Primer. Kitt lost his nerve and would not turbo boost over a small wall. But he soon came back to being good old reliable KITT in BLACK.

Do you mean completely destroyed, or just damaged?
He took on major damage in Goliath, moderate damage in Ring of Fire, moderate damage in Knight of the Drones, serious damage in Junk Yard Dog, and serious damage in Knight of the Juggernaut.

Once again, there are specifics involved.
Chariot of Gold = Sorta kidnapped by Brainwashed Bonnie and the Bad Guy
Soul Survivor = The car was stolen, KITT the AI was left behind.
KITTnap - KITT is kidnapped.

As has been answered previously: Yes, Junk Yard Dog, it was his primer coat before they applied the black after KITT was destroyed.

kitt was never 'painted white' but the episode 'junk yard dog' did see kitt completely destroyed, including the paint job, which also contained the molecular bonded shell (according to knight of the pheonix)

1) He had to have been painted white, because the shell was a greyish color when he was pulled out, so it had to be a primer coat, especially when it was so smooth, shiny and stark white. We didn't see him painted, but it is pretty much assumed that he was with a primer coating.
2) DEVON: It isn't paint. It's a finish bonded into the molecular structure of a new substance.
MICHAEL:You mean the metal?
DEVON: It isn't metal, and it isn't Fiberglass.

(I just had to, special thanks to the Knight Rider Archive and his wonderful scripts, especially the one for Knight of the Phoenix)

If I could remember KITT has been damaged in:
. Goliath (in a head-on collison)
. Junkyard Dog (some knucklehead baddie
put KITT in a pool of toxic waste).
. Knight of the Drones, in San Francisco
by one of the drone cars which shot KITT
with a missile saving Michael.
and of course, (my favorite ep),
.Knight of the Jauggernaut, in Chitown
(chicago that is), KITT's MBS molecular
bonded shell was neuteralized by a
street washer, driving right into a
trap-of-destruction with the jauggernaut
tank, but rebuilt into sumthin' cool
SPM and EBS.
BUT hey, get this everytime KARR makes his
appearance in KITT v. KARR, and Trust
Doesn't Rust, KARR's get totalled and NEVER
rebuilt ('xcept 4 TDR episode).
But that's why I hope in 2004--
KARR would be KITT's new podna and maybe
they would REALLY work as a team, and
HOPEFULLY, KARR will have a driver and
maybe keep one,(a woman driver), this is just rumors, my opinions,
and speculations.

KITT was going through rehab
after his tragedy with the toxic waste
(junkyard dog ep), and during the rehab
he was a white T/A.
Just like my car.

I would certainly put KOTD in the "major" category, though! the damage in ring of fire was minimal, but KOTD was very serious, that's why he got the makeover after all with the reintroduction of bonny into the series.

I wouldn't. There was not that much exterior damage, and it was Bonnie's decision to do the whole makeover. (Most likely to get rid of April's 'may or may not work' gadgets.)

The damage KITT sustained in KOTD was very serious internally,
as a lot of his major systems had been badly damaged. KITT was
unable to move himself after being restored to his upright position,
otherwise he probably wouldn't have needed to be slowly winched
back into the FLAG semi. His distorted voice processor was among
the much of KITT's internal damage, but as far as we can see, any
external damage was minimal, although his exhaust system would
have been wrecked beyond repair by the impact of the missile,
so I think this would most likely have needed to be replaced.

I always found KITT's voice and modulator to be usually good "devices" to see how he is doing. it was used in a patronising way in Killer KITT to show he had been reprogrammed, but in Goliath and KOTD etc for example its a good way of telling how damaged he ("he" being KITT, not the car's shell) **really** is, since his MBS means the car's body itself may not look as damaged as KITT actually is himself.

They should bring KARR back in the movie!!! It would be cool if they worked as a team. KARR shoud have a woman driver. A person who finally cares for him and turns him around. They should start out by having KARR being his normal self. Then have him finally meet his future driver who helps him find his way. Maybe a relationship can occur?

That's great for the fan fic world. (That is basically the summary of my own fan fic series.) But for the show, I don't think it would draw as much of an appeal. KARR was awesome as a bad guy, and that is what drew so many to him. You try to make him a good guy, unless you leave it so that he can turn at any time, it just won't have the same draw.
