Ok, I know that this is a pretty sad topic, but when you first saw Knight Rider, was there one episode, one particular little element that freaked you out?

For me, it was that darn reverse speaking goblin in Halloween Knight. I knew it was speaking in reverse, but the face was just evil when I was a kid.

Only kidding. Hmm, I remember being terrified of Goliath. But I think that was as I had just watched the film Duel.

(for those who don't know it, tis a film where a man is chased by a semi through the whole movie)

That Goblin still freaks me out! Ugh, there is another episode that freaks me out, but I can't remember which, I'll go check the guide and be back.

Nothing would freak me out but things would make me jump such as when Michael gets shot in the face in the Pilot. The quick flashbacks of Tanya shooting him made me jump all the time.

Or when Devon unexpectedly hits KITT with the hammer to show how durable he was.

They all made me jump.

Yeah, little things but still.

He freaks me out for being so damn irritating... lol

Don't remind me, that kid has trauma'd me for life. I swear.

Then there is the girl in 'Short Notice' who annoyed the hell out of me too. Those two together create a lethal combination of *freakinish.*

When they pulled KITT out of the acid in JYD. It still freaks me out today

I vote for the goblin myself. That was unexpected and just.....strange.

Of course when Tony and Rev first reactivate KARR in TDR is pretty freaky to me to....when he closes the door and you see the light from the scanner flashing on their faces as he creeps toward them.

The collison between Goliath and KITT sent chills down my spine.

For me, it has to be during the episode "Deadly Knightshade", when the suspect magician, whose name escapes
me, drops the fake decapitated head in to the fish tank. I still clearly remember the big spit take I did with my
can of Pepsi, when I first saw that gruesome scene back in 1986! I was only 12 years old at the time, and I
didn't hesitat in taping over that episode when the next one was shown on ITV, the following week . . .

when I was little and still some times does the juggernaut freaked me out and made me jump when it came out of that garage.

Some of seens in "Fright Knight" surprised the heck out of and kind'a freaked me a little. Like the first time MK goes in Stage 48 (or whatever number it was) with all those manikens... YIKES! lol Mind you the first time I saw it I was watching KR at like 3:30 AM home alone when my mom was on a trip up north So I was watching KR on the NewVR all night! However after that part I wasn't creeped at all. I haven't seen Holloween Knight... I think that strange freaky hologram monster thingy would scare me... I HATE HORROR!

I jumped everytime Juggernaut rammed KITT. Especially that one time directly from the front...poor Trans Am...

that whole episode (halloween knight) freaked me out.. the part that freaked me out the most was the house on fairview road.. then the dead woman on the table in the garage.

I tend to laugh at scary movies/scary parts.
No idea why, but still... It just seems funny to me that the people are so scared and such.

I know I didn't like that one either. Even the one that KITT gets eaten up with acid was just as bad (as someone mentioned).

To top those three, I still think that Michael finding KITTs part in those boxes in a garage.
For me is had to be these 4 top choices that I can remember.

#4: KARRs flickering lights on some pieces of circutry after KITT just smashed the heck out of him. (Why didn't they bother to go back and make a third apperance of KARRs parts being found by someone and put into a computer.... We may never really know.)

#3: KITT in the acid

#2: KITT getting ramed by the Juggernaut

#1: Michael finding KITTs CPU in those boxes in a garage.

Doesn't really count, but also seeing sections of KITT being found by Michael in the FLAG garage on KR2000.

The scenes in Soul Survivor where Randy hacked into KITT's system and later in the same episode when Michael found KITT's cpu in the garage, the red flashing under the papers and the sound effects...
Another comes to mind from the episode "Chariot of Gold" when they played a video of KITT, the music in the background and the thing that the tape of KITT was in wrong hands...
Lost Knight, the scene when KITT was at first approaching that kid and then suprisingly appeared behind the bushes and said "Help...me".

I know what you mean most of the time I find the scary movies funny

I think lost knight is the only episode that freaks me out, when kitt knocks down the power poll and gets that huge power surge and michael just gets jolted!.....mainly because I witnessed a ford bronco in a very simular accident but both passengers inside were not as fortunate!.....they did live ,but they were badly burned form being fried on 220 volts!.....that will make you respect electricity in any situation!

Okay then... I would like to see it anyway...

the background music freaked me out too.. the little sound effects. i was thinking about that today. now i want to see that episode. that ep should be coming up soon right? since its halloween-y?

Nope, Sci-Fi when it does finally start showing episodes again, won't be showing Halloween Knight, but they will be showing Fright Knight and Doo...Voo Doo Knight before Halloween, then they start the series again from the beginning the following week.
