My version of the Knight 3000 also good for the new movie
It took me a while to do all this and find just the right picture to alter for the look but I think this would be great for a knight 3000 vehicle.I think it would be great to get a season 4 dash in but many have said it wont fit.Why not just cut off more from the passenger side of the dash to make it fit.Theres nothing there anyway.Aside form everything inside the dash may be a little snug.well anyway what do all of you think of this pic?

Great pic.
I always liked the Firebird/Formula nose better than the actual T/A nose, it just seems more KITT like. Looks more like the awesome nose Knightdriver has on his pics.
I think the "raptor" SLP style hood would look awesome on a 4th gen car. The stock flat hood just doesn't seem to fit.

Yup, I agree. When I get a 4th gen car to convert, I plan on having the stock star shaped rims powder coated.the only thing i dont like is the wheels
they look exactly like the old KITT, those need to be improved also
KITT project is on again!
Currently working on: brand new stock tan interior, almost done!

They are from the old kitt.I'm not sure they totaly fit on him though.I go 50/50 with the look.Dumbledore wrote:its awesome

I also changed the nose of the car a bit.In all my modifacations of 2000 firebirds I try to raise the nose the way kitt had in the show. It's got to maintain the look of a foundation class vehicle in my book.otherwise its just another custom tweak job.

Nice Job Knight Racer!
But am I the only one who likes the '93-'97 front end more?
Thank you Johnny for the pic!
I wouldn't go with the banshee-esque nose, but the stock T/A nose with the 2 peek-a-boo driving lights...
Does anybody have more pictures of a KITT conversion from '93-'97?
I just think the later front end is gaudy as hell, the dual lights in the pop-ups make it look retarted, it is short and stubby, the fog lights off to the side don't conform well and the factory scanner cutout is too wide.
Please share your thoughts...

Beautiful, but I don't like the rear, I really don't like the rear, it's like the designer gave up two thirds of the way along the vehicle. If there is to be another KITT they have to get the back end right. The Peaugeot 407 is a good example, the rear is set on beautifully, and...
Apart from that great, and I like pop up lights. They're the best thing about it. Lights pop up. Lights pop down. Kool!

I'm ok with you, as long as you calm down a bit.
I used to be a moderator here, which accounts for a large amount of my posts, while Neps was tending to his real life.
You just need to remember that there are people of all different age groups (many who are older) who come from different countries and different parts of the fandom. There is more to the fandom than just watching the show, and commenting on it, and you do have to take into consideration that people have real lives, so they can't answer right away, or sometimes things not spoken is the best way to go. There are also those who might get their feelings hurt with words. Just a few things to keep in mind, and the best way to stay on my good side, and the good side of most people around here.

Well its not realy my car.I went to a site with about 50 pics of firebirds and saw the perfect few to do alterations on.I try realy hard to get the scanner on just right.I have a friend who'se in the same field as I am,Graphic Design.he told me it would look better with a plastic shine sorta a glass effect.Benjamin Knight wrote:The scanner on your car looks strange Is it really on your car or is it added with a computer... What criticism can you offer me for the scanner?
this question is open to all even the ones who like going off topic.
