Yeah, I don't want to see them drag Knight Rider and KITT's image through the mud. If they go this route (comedy, Hart, Cena), I'm hoping they DON'T use the original Trans Am KITT because I'd hate to see them drag his image through the mud. In any other scenario (with a respectable reboot or continuation), I'd obviously love to see the original car

Lol you bet at this point if they do follow through with it they'll definitely drag the their images through the mud more than they've already been dragged. The original Trans Am, I just don't feel is ever going to come back again.

We can't trust these sites for any actual news. They are all rumors and hearsay. Remember, was it last year? We heard Chris Pratt and McBride were going to play Michael Knight and Kitt.

I just found it hilarious that Chris Pratt acted in a movie where his character wanted Michael Knight to be his father and that movie lead to the producerto hook up with David wanting to bring about a new knight rider series.

But I wouldn't put any stock in these rumors until we get any confirmation from the actors/celebrities directly.

Yeah, I remember hearing the Chris Pratt rumor, too. And Ashton Kutcher way back. Lol Those never happened, so there's a high probability of it being hearsay. But if it does happen......to imagine this fear becoming a reality, it makes me cringe. Why can't they do it right!?? Lol

Doesn't Weinstein own the movie rights (Harvey Weinsteins company) what will happen to knight rider movie rights if that company folds because of what's goin on recently. Could it be more possible Harvey Weinstein will now sell the rights to the Hoff?
