This past spring I was contacted to help find a KITT replica for a Norfolk Southern Railroad trade show here in Atlanta. Norfolk Southern was the railroad used in the GE commercial with KITT driving along side of the train locomotive. The nearest KITT replica to Atlanta that I could think of was owned by Mike Hundley of North Carolina. I contacted Mike about it and he had just had the car go through a total repaint and was just getting ready to rebuild the 2-tv dash. Mike worked his butt off to have the car ready in time for the trade show. As you can see, his hard work paid off. See photos below...









Here is an update to this event. I received an email from from David Ray at Norfolk Southern Railroad with a video interview that he did with me on the car. Again, Mike Hundley did a great job putting his KITT replica back together in time for the trade show. It's events like this that show what the hobby is all about. People like Mike and others using their replicas to keep KNIGHT RIDER in the public eye.
