I am working on my 1/8 KITT for a year and it should end by the end of this month.

Compared to the quality, my KITT will be surely superior than studio scale props.

However, real one is just real one.

I had a chance to buy 1/8 Jack Sessum made KITT but I didn`t. Cause the car didn`t have both fender mirrors, of cource the prop is for turbo boost or special effect scences only, so they should have got some damage.

However, if there is still good shape 1/8 real KITT, how can I reach them ?

Recently, I found the website named Knight rider Historians

I sent them a message that I am looking for Jack made 1/8 KITT.

But still no reply...

I think that KITT will be roughly about $10000.

How do you think ?

I am friends with Jack Sessums son. I used to go to Jack's show all the time because my dad did work for him. I remember seeing the scales models used for the show all around the shop. I know his son is not willing to part with any of the studio used miniatures because he charishes what his dad made since he passed away, but I might be able to talk to him to arrange a meeting so you can look at one in Southern California near his home. Let me know.

However, I am living in Japan and won`t be able to go to California at this time...

As I thought, no one who is having Jack`s prop will let them go.

So , now I am working on very precise 1/8 scale replica KITT with my friend.
