Would like your opinion, exterior replica for sale on Ebay

Hey guys. I would appreciate your expert opinion on the condition and pricing of this 1982 exterior only KITT replica that's offered for sale on ebay. I actually live in Nevada, so I was giving this one a real thought. What do you think?
-the scanner seems different than most replicas I've seen
-paint job looks ok
-interior is black, but in decent shape
-having spent all that money under the hood, why not buy the IAC motor?
