ok i was watching tos season 2 episode merchants of death michael was very excited at the bigining of the episode that him and ki2t was on their way to southern california,but flag main headquarters and most of flags missions was in southern california lol its kinda weird lol if you agree or have a opinion about this reply back thanx.

I think the FLAG HQ was in Los Angeles area (at least in reality the Arden Villa is located in LA) and so were most of the missions but according to the map, California extends even more to the south than just LA:

Maybe the Merchants of Death mission was for example somewhere in San Diego county in some beach, maybe even at the Mission Beach as Michael was talking about sun, surfing and girls in bikinis
