70 years strong today!

Don Peake is an exceptionally talented man with an ear for music that rivals the best television has to offer. His contributions to 73 episodes of Knight Rider are legendary and his ability to create "soundalikes" for the series so closely mimicked to original artist recordings is truly astounding!

I am pleased to wish Don a very happy birthday today and call him a true friend. If you have not yet had the pleasure of meeting Don, please do. Don's carefree spirit and limitless passion continues to excite and inspire audiences across the world today from his work on Knight Rider to his ventures into motion picture scoring and personal musical projects.

He continues to be a valued guest at Knight Rider Festival and the kindness and patience he shows towards the fans who may or may not be familiar with his work is always inspirational with every photo he poses for and every autograph he gives to fans.

Check out his website today and add his legendary music to your collection!

I had the pleasure of meeting Don at KRF2 and he and Catherine Hickland were the two main people that made it a special event for me.

As well as meeting Don initially, after the Q&A session, Don came up to me to have a conversation again.

He shared a funny story about a hypnosis stunt that went wrong and Catherine (who is a hypnotist) came up to us and listened in on the conversation and she didn't know where to look...LOL.

Don's a great guy and it will be a pleasure to meet him again at next year's KRFIII!

Happy Birthday, Don Peake!
