In Knightmares season 2 episode 11,in a cut scene where he's at Michael Long's precinct,he states that its 8043.In Knight of the fast lane season 3 episode 4,He is given his badge by his old partner which shows it as 4262.

What Military did Devon Miles serve in?

Royal Air Force (R.A.F.) or the UXB unit (Unexploded Bomb Unit)? I believe this is explained in Goliath Returns.

He also mentioned the O.S.S. in France during whitebird when he explains to Michael that Stevie had been arrested for Solicitation behind the Mansion grounds.

Knight Rider trivia is fun game, here's my try for an answer

Soul Survivor, when KITT's CPU was taken out of the car so Randy could control the car, KITT's scanner had the "criss cross" pattern.
There was few other times when it was different than normal, in "Not a Drop to Drink" when KITT went to calm down the bull, he's scanner was moving from right to left (or vice versa), not back and forth. Another time when this happened was in 1st season episode "Just My Bill", it appeared when Devon was briefing Michael about their next mission and said if he had any further questions, he should ask them from KITT. Michael indeed had some further question, he asked KITT "Who gave Devon Sabrina's number?" and KITT showed his scanner rolling from right to left. Third time was the 1st season episode "Chariot of Gold" where KITT caused the alarm in the Helios building, he's scanner had unique pattern, looked very random to me.
Most of the time when KITT's scanner was started, it had the all-on effect first when it started moving back and forth.

Those would be the High Traction Drop Downs, which were introduced in Speed Demons, and the Traction Spikes, which were introduced in Hills of Fire.

I felt it was very humerous that after being blown up,drowned in toxic acid,nearly crushed by the juggernaught,that after all of that and 2 dedicated cybernicians that kitt's functions had been put in and removed so many times that some of these functions had to be reinvented because others might have had functions removed lol.

P.S. If you can find the scene for playback you will notice no t-tops and a tiny upperconsole button placed for a special button about to be pressed.

That would be Blind Spot, where KITT was put into a crusher, and needed to use his Trajectory Guide to plot the angle that was necessary to for him and Michael to make their escape.

I was going through the episode to get the exact quote and noticed that kitt had no t tops in that scene and had a small square console the size of a small light buble for a car.I also noticed they only needed a side view of the rear in that shot and it made sense not to use an actual picture car for that episode.

As we all know through the show kitt had a grappling hook either shoot out from under his front bumper or rear depending on what he needed to latch onto.However in 1 episode the grappling hook shot directly out of kitt's rear tail lights.The center of his blacked out lights.In which episode was it there and made you feel hmm why haven't i noticed that there before? lol

I believe Kitt was spray painted with a thermal absorption layer (after a few failed attempts against the laser) for extra protection.
