Hey, Well I live within the UK and I just finished watching Season 1 of KR 08. I was wondering if theirs a Season 2 coming? I'v been reading a few threads recently and I'v seen that theirs a petition for Glen Larson to write the Scripts or something? So what Now? Will their be a Season 2?

because the show was canceled after season 1 ended, those buttheads at NBC need to be kicked in the junk with a steel toe boot .

I agree, what was the avergae viewers 7 Million? yet other shows that have an average of 1-2 still get to stay on air, in the end Knight Rider was a good show, but putting it up against the shows that they did was a really bad move, but in my mind it still held its own. My daughter and I watched them online when aired in the US and we have watched them again over here in the UK, and I know soo many people who have found it brilliant. From what I also gather its huge across the globe too, I cannot understand why cancel it and then let the rest of the world have it? Oh well, guess we will never know why they decided to be such douches about it.

Has it been comfirmed Yet? Because, Their was a Petition going on earlier in the Year on KnightRiderOnline.. (Theirs Threads about it,) and people where contacting NBC!

I don't think it has been confirmed but considering it's nearly a year since filming the last episode, it kinda says it all really.

Yeah i have to agree it has been almost a year, and it was never "confirmed" the Binonic woman was canceled, but obviously it was..

i just have to say that i thought the whole premise of NBC knight rider 08 series was to undermine the Knight rider film project, and under that premise i would of only execpted it last one season and thats exactly what happened..

the actual series was pretty much how i thought it would of been and it tried to tick too many boxes just not the ones for knight rider fans!

the pilot however was quite enjoyable, although not without issues. ie the car didnt do much, it could drive itself it had sat nav and that was about it. the characters and story were ok but that all changed when the series started. a big shame! they really need to sell the rights on and let some else having go making it.


as for the upcomming film if it ever comes... im not expecting too much as i think KR is more suited to a tv serial format than a feature, i mean a lone crusader helping everyday people wouldnt translate very well. and after all the tacky remake films they have been in the past doesnt bode well.
