I purchased the GPS unit from a person on eaby. For some reason, the turn by turn voice directions are disable or missing. I checked the settings and it shows to be disabled. The person that sold it to me said he could help using the MIo Desktop software, but so far he had not got back with me. Has anyone seen this before?

From my understanding, if it is Navman (for China) then you won't have that feature. Only Mio (for U.S. and Canada) have that feature available.
