Photos of my fresh sample of KARR shirt. Still doing some refining, not sure about buttons lighting up. It looks great when it`s all lit up and in the dark it`s poppin` though I am concerned as when the voice bars stop moving so do the Air/Oil buttons. I will find out tomorrow if this can be remedied. I really don`t want to shut the buttons lights off but I would like the voice bars to run separately from the buttons.
I am considering getting the panel sewn on also, it is currently attached by velcro for cleaning but I have seen other EL shirts on the net that are sewn in, any preferences? I will be making 100 of these once I fine tune it and have had some previous requests for XL shirts and specifically a KARR design. I have KARR Mp3`s and once played near the Mic it looks like the Biz.

Id definitely prefer a sewn in design than the unflexible card that is used.
Looks great though! I could definitely see some kind of nerdy showdown when a KITT shirt comes across a KARR shirt lol

Decided to sew the panel in to the shirt, it sits a lot more flush and the panel edges are not curling up etc. The shirt will have to be hand washed though I figure it will not be worn on a daily basis unless you are a huge KARR fan. I am working with another company this year and I think the Mic and battery pack are better quality. I told the guy to go ahead with the design and will have 100pcs in about a week. If anyone is interested please contact me Justin Edwards #DUSTINDUSTRIES

I have around 40 L 40 XL 20 XXL, I am currently in Hong Kong for around 2 weeks and will get a price for postage to 18974. I have just spent 30 days in China and was unable to access Youtube as it is blocked. I can now get back on the Tube and will work on getting some Vid of the shirt in action this weekend.
I will be working on a cruise ship out of Los Angeles from mid Nov. until June 2010 and will try to get a bunch of shirts sent down there as will be cheaper for postage to U.S. states. I am only carrying a few with me right now. I appreciate any interest and comments ( Good or Bad ) atleast I will know if I am wasting my time and money. I am only small time and work on designs while on vacation and spare time while on ships. DUST

Update: Postage to 18974 PA is around $33 HK which is just over $4 U.S. an even $4 is fine, I figure most U.S. states will be the same, I will cover anything over $4. My camera is out of action and I am trying to get hold of another and put a video on Youtube this weekend. Although I have picked up enough Tech after being in Asia for 2 months, including 2 Mp3/Mp4 watches that I can play Knight Rider videos on, but thats another story. Anyways If you would like a shirt I will ask my friend to bring some sizes over this weekend, on the 14th I am back to the U.S. and back to work. DUST

Youtube video of the KARR shirt
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tEmi_p46IsI" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; light sensitivity can be adjusted depending on how close and loud the sound is. I was filming and playing the sound close to the mic at the same time. DUST

I think there should have been a delay in the lights and the voice box. It just seems irritating when it all lights up and shuts off at the same time. Its a good design and all, and I like it, but if there was a way to program the button lights to stay on an extra second after the voice box stops, it would be a nice touch.
Good job, nonetheless.

That has always been my concern and I was originally told through an interpreter that it was possible then when I got the sample it was not to be. It will stay on if you turn it up full and the voice music is loud but I like to see the voice bars move a lot more and not on full. The battery pack/mic are an improvement on the KITT shirt and I have seen it pick up voice from across the room. I am waiting on a scanner sample panel that should have the scanner lights run back and forth, I will have to see it for myself. If it works I will be going ahead with a batch of those, I will soon be back to work and won`t have as much time to work on designs. DUST
