Was that the same actor in a lot of make-up or someone who looks like the actor?

This is a question from my friend, Elphie. She can't find the answer, so I thought I'd ask you guys.

I thought it was another actor in some make up but I don't know who and IMDB doesn't have a credit for "Ben".

They talked about this on the DVD audio commentary in which Dave Bartis said that it is indeed Bruce Davison with a set of fake teeth and a bit of makeup.

I'm pretty sure its Bruce Davison in make up for the close ups and a double when you see the two in the same frame together.

wow. I always thought they are two different people

I know its Bruce Davison but doesn't he look like one of the Fondas? Either Henry or Peter.I forget which one's which. Definitely not Jane though.

This is what i think: Charles works for the goverment,They gave him a double to protect him just incase and help (The double looks like him).and like he said,Its his job
