KI3T Interior: What if?
This might have been mentioned before.
KI3T's current interior is black and red, in stark contrast to KI2T, who had a tan interior. I wouldn't mind seeing KI3T with the following upholstery...
http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-for ... 8/1163876/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
It just looks so comfortable. I just want to sit in that car....and lean back....and continue to lean back for a long time. *eric cartman voice* ahhhhh....yeahhhhh......shweet.

It looks very "old man" style in my opinion. I like the GT500KR seats.

Re: KI3T Interior: What if?
I agree that interior looks great. But one problem, its a new Mustang interior... which is different from the current GT500KR one.

Re: KI3T Interior: What if?
KI3T has nanotechnology, which permits him to change into other vehicles, down to the seats, tires, steering wheel...come on, folks. It make PERFECT sense that if we get a 2nd season of KR, KI3T will get upgraded to the 2010. Why would Ford want an older model be it's FLAGship...?
Re: KI3T Interior: What if?
I think it looks nice. but I still believe it needs more modifications, like what we had in KI2T

Re: KI3T Interior: What if?
No!!! I hope they will still continue to use the current GT500KR if they do a 2nd season... It looks better than the 2010..WIBoomer1 wrote:KI3T has nanotechnology, which permits him to change into other vehicles, down to the seats, tires, steering wheel...come on, folks. I agree with imranbecks. The 2008 Shelby's look so much better than the 2010 Shelby's.
KITT: Michael, your blood alcohol level is far too high to allow you to take the wheel.
MIKE: That’s fine. I don’t wanna drive anyway. I want a burger. Take me to a drive-thru.

If I would be a producer, I could take the hood and dash from the actual car and put them into the new Mustang.
Problem solved.

It is thanks to this show that I hate being a broke college student who dreams about the 2008 Shelby GT500KR, and making it look like KITT.

Re: KI3T Interior: What if?
Yeah... I'm with you there... I've never noticed a Mustang looked so good till I saw how it looks in the new Knight Rider.. And the GT500KR is one of the models that look really good...Slim_Knight wrote:It is thanks to this show that I hate being a broke college student who dreams about the 2008 Shelby GT500KR, and making it look like KITT.

I guess Ford wanted more exposure for the car with this new series, and indeed they have! With the new series now airing internationally, more people around the world will realize how good the GT500KR really looks.... Too bad it isn't legally drivable in some countries such as mine......

Re: KI3T Interior: What if?
What country would that be? And I have always been a Ford fan in general. I own a 2007 Ranger. And when I first saw the new Shelby's, I thought that it was one sexy car, and the new KR has made it that much more sexy.

Re: KI3T Interior: What if?
If the new KI3T is according to TOS like that, with the Knight plate and similar rims to TOS:
I'm sure it gonna be awesome!
And another idea comes in:
As I posted earlier: This could be the "KNIGHT MODE" and the actual design could stay for cover KI3T real identity and this could solve the gap between old and new design fans and everybody would be happy!

Re: KI3T Interior: What if?
I doubt there would be any major changes to anything.. Especially with Ford's control over things. Besides that, I don't really have a problem with the interior other than the plain, flat-out boring dash.
The new and again improved evil's advertisement is currently too long and too badass to display here. But let's just say that with now 50% more evil, this **** is great!

meat, I thought about using that interior earlier on when I first began designing my KI2T concept, but found a pic of the interior that resembles KI2T's old interior; while remaining stock mustang in look

Re: KI3T Interior: What if?
There are vehicles out today that are just not as good as their former models. Take the Dodge Ram, for example. Whatever they did to the engine only gives 8.5 mpg whenever hauling something behind it....And I mean anything, it don't matter. And most vehicles break in better mpg after about 20,000 miles. Not the later models of Dodge Ram.
And going with the 2010 Mustang model is not a good idea...for me. I like the retro look to the 2008 model better. 2010 looks like they are trying to go with the '98 contours, mixed with the retro contours. It actually looks older/duller than the 2008 model.

Thomas, do you have a bigger scale version pic of that dash?
