Functioning KITT SPM?

Does anybody have a replicar or any TA that has any SPM parts working on it. I know The front bumper would be almost impossible unless you had unlimited funds and time but a pop up wing or the EBS would be feasible. I am just curious if anyone has made anything close.

Jay Orhberg has a site where he is putting together a SPM KITT & there is footage of tessts
for the rea panels coming out by actuators.

And of course the front bumper is featured. Man that will be one intense vehicle that I wouldn't want to take over 30 mph
