The North American actor Spencer Barret Oliver was born on August 24, 1973, in Los Angeles, in California, in the US. In 1982, Oliver Barret was being offered more significant, speaking papers in films of the resource Kiss Me Goodbye, Jekyll and Hyde…Together Again, and Uncommon Valor.
