Mike being 'on his way to a mission' but getting involved in something else on the way which then becomes a mission, like in TOS????
Thats an interesting question......
I hope so, its little things like that they need to give the show the same feel as TOS, obviously its years later and the show is different but lots of elements of TOS would work very well today, that being one of them.
I know its only a small part of it but they all add up towards the bigger picture.
