Opinion:

Still not sure about the new series idea of Turbo Boost. You'll know what I mean once you watch the clips.

The episode looks to be of much higher quality than Ep1.

yeah, i'm still missing the "Whoosh" sound effect when KITT takes off.. I have noticed that KITT's voice modulator is looking a bit like the original one- Not sure if I like it- the old scanner grid noise is okay, but I was kind of hoping for a more modern version. That being said, I think this episode will be better than I was expecting.

I like how Turbo Boost looks in this one, but I agree, a more powerful sound effect is needed.

25 years of fine-tuning have resulted in a quieter Turbo Boost!

But I didn't see Mike engaging "Stealth Mode"...

"Stealth" doesn't seem to be in that guy's repitoire...

In the Turbo Boost clip, I like how KITT is aware of Attack Mode exposing him. It's also reminiscient how KITT doesn't want to "end up" anywhere.

I almost got teary when I heard that piece of dialogue. It OOZED of the original series' teases between Michael and KITT.

WOW OMG I LOVE IT!!!!! I knew this episode was going to show what the true is going to be like! I like the way Mike interacts with women and defensively towards men, very much like DH in the original! Can't wait to see tonight's episode, this is going to be very interesting and I have total faith and I am most of VERY EXCITED to see it!

Man green screen/chroma shots hated it absolutely looks not natural as if it were shot in a studio.Why can't the VFX artists can't do a better job at 'composting' ?secondly the turbo boost sucked, again that sucky KR neon logo at the bottom.Why the hell justin is just looking at the car below and kids says 'wow'? Way too cheesy .....the mid air transformations sucks ...... within an episode or 2 i'll get to know if KR is upto my standards or not.I am not being too harsh but this is honestly what i feel.

Well i must admit the episode looks really good,cant wait to ''download'' it!

Couple questions:
1) why can't "they" see KITT in attack mode? Was it not just addressed a second ago AND was he not just exposed to the other driver? And if he's talking about the kids uh... kinda closing the barn door after the horse got out, don't you think? He was in mid-air.

2) We've already seen KITT go to 377 MPH(when not in attack mode)... why was that other car actually winning?

3) That van was only taking up half the road, and there was plenty of room behind it... I know it was just an excuse for TurboBoost, but wouldn't have it been better to put the car in the center of the road?

The reason why he might of switched to Attack Mode is because at the end of the race he doesn't want them to see what KITT looks like in that mode to show him who he truly is. He needs to make KITT look like a regular car.

Fair enough. The editing made it look like they weren't close to the end yet, or at least still covered by land. But that driveway certainly just appeared, so it's possible.

At work so I can't watch with sound, but my hopes for episode 2 are some better editing, and a more enjoyable story. If they can pull that off tonight I might be able to forgive some of the weak green screen and the lame looking CG turbo boost.

Geez, you guys are all dedicated Knight Rider enthusiasts...I thought I was one of them, until the series had started.

The editing for the driving scenes were choppy. But, on the bright side, I have to actually think of the possibilities on what Mike is talking about with KITT on switching back to stealth mode. No, I didn't see the finish line or that fenced up shack area, until when KITT pulled into it. The music is still terrible. The green screen effect SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS!!! Come on, the lighting on the car makes it practically unbelievable! It's almost like watching an excerpt from the Speed Racer movie!

You guys need to believe this show needs some serious help.
