This looks to be the Family Fued - a group vs group game in the states based on guessing what answers a group of people will guess.

That sounds very much a show us Brits have, only ours is called "Family Fortunes"

They have to guess the top answers by a poll taken from 100 people, last time I watched that, Les Dennis used to host it.

Any Brits wanna chime and confirm this?

Basically, yeah Family Feud is the same. The US version of the game show has been around for over 30 years now with several different hosts. O_O
