For our friends in Canada - CanWest-owned E! Canada has picked up "Knight Rider" for it's fall schedule

What does this mean for Canada? Is this channel in HD?

Just another channel to pick from. I'll stick with NBC HD, thanks for the heads up though Neil.

With E! airing Knight Rider all it really means is that instead of NBC showing it in Canada E! will be. When the TV is switched to NBC during that hour, a broadcast from E! will appear instead. It happens with a lot of the shows up here.

Actually they do have an HD Channel. At least on Cogeco Cable in Ontario. It's in the 700's somewhere.

Your right they do. I missed it when looking at the channel lineup for Rogers.

I dont know how much interest Canada would have in the US elections, so does that mean that in Canada, they may actually STILL get KR this week as normal...??

Actually, on some screencaps I found on the net it shows E! Ontario. Is that the Canadian TV Channel?

E! Canada (Ontario) has been playing Knight Rider since the 24th of September, and I believe the tuesday or wednesday before that they also replayed the pilot (which originaly was broadcasted on Global and NBC Canada).
I know this cause although i live in florida my mom and brother live in toronto, and E! is where my brother watches the show (its also the place where the main KR torrents are recorded from)....

For Canada Rogers customers you can go to ch 100 (Rogers on demand) select E! and Knight Rider is there and all the episodes you can watch at anytime, not in HD but still if you miss an episode you can still catch up....
