I can't get the page to load properly. Can anyone paste the content or just bullet point it in this thread?

Since the script's 22 pages long,I've took 2 screenshots, zoomed in,and enhanced the script pages.I'm using my Paint Shop Pro program on my slower computer at the moment, and it takes a while to resize a page,so this is all I've been able to do...but I hope you are able to enjoy what I have put up,and I might be able to put up more pages when I can.Plus I'll enhance it a little more too!

The images are big,and I'm putting them under spoiler tags, just in case some people want to be surprised.I wish I could enhance them better, without my computer having some sort of overload. You can't copy and paste iPaper documents for some reason.

I hope it helps!

I've got to be honest, whilst I generally like what I saw, the one major hang up I do have is the rather blasé use of offensive weapons.
It seems to go against the very principle of protecting human life, and given that they've decided to go in this direction, I hope that we get an explanation as to why KITT has gone from protecting the lives of his pursuers in the pilot, to willingly partaking in the explosive destruction of other occupied vehicles in the series. I'm sure it could be argued that the greater good is at stake, but the same could often be said of the original series, and there was no deliberate disregard for the lives of the people KITT came up against in the eighties, even if certain maneuvers would be considered reckless in this day and age.

Like when Michael turbo boosted K.I.T.T. into the flamethrowing pick-up truck in Hills of Fire which not only flipped over but was pretty much totaled. In typical 80's fashion no one was hurt.

I agree with the concept that this "new" K.I.T.T. is far more aggressive and in many ways in my opinion very controdictary to the original "pal" we cheered for back in the original series. I believe K.I.T.T.'s defensive weaponry was much more in line with keeping the peace then starting a war. K.I.T.T. only used offensive weapons when it was a specialized situation that usually required them to disable a target.

Plus, this might be something of an influence on the arc with the new KITT's evolving personality.

Its the first Knight Rider script I ever recall reading.

"...as Kitt rolls up -- he looks beat to sh**, blowing smoke."

Wow, they like to throw around cuss words in TV scripts now to be "hip."
I guess the term "battered" or "heavily damaged" wasn't "cool" enough.

Nanotechnology? The Cave? Using missles to blow up cars in your government sanctioned, morphing
attack vehicle? Heck, even the dark tone of the show.
I think there are way more Viper overtones than the original Knight Rider going on here.... IMO.

I think the new show would be more accurately called Knight Viper.

I mean -- the script is well written. I'm just not sure the old school KR fans are going to like it. I guess we'll see.

Hate to nit-pick, but there wasn't any turbo boost involved there -- he did pull in front of it to cause the ATV to fly through the air though.

I think this is basically going to be foreshadowing for the events we've been led to believe will happen later in the season -- that this K.I.T.T. is going to go bad.

I actually have to agree with the use of more offensive weapons and balanced with defensive. You have to stop and take a look at the world as it was in the 80s and the world as it is now. The criminals have evolved too, not only in ruthlessness and methods but in armament. Just look at the things that have happened since the original KR aired- Oklahoma/WTC Bombings, anthrax, 9/11, several "wars" here and abroad. The world is a much darker and scarier place than it was in the days of KI2T. Imagine the difference offensive weapons would have made in an episode such as Kight of the Juggernaut. I meant even KI2T was eventually fitted with a laser cannon, even if it was one ep.

Just my take though.
