Knight Rider Filming Today! 8/3

So I passed by the same area I saw the attack KITT from my spoiler pics, and the crew was out filming driving shots again. I was soooo pissed that I didn't have my camera with me this time since I was heading to the gym. Both attack KITTs and normal KITT were out again including the Blue Convertible. Also, they had a bucket car that was just being used for inside shots of the car. It looked like a regular mustang with the fishbowl voice thing inside. I guess they use this car to mount all kinds of cameras in different angles for interior shots when the actors are inside. BTW, didn't see any actors this time but then again I was only around for about 20 minutes.
A scene I saw they where working on was a shot of both regular and attack KITTs, with attack KITT in front of Regular KITT as they raced down the road in-line. My guess is they shoot both for maybe the transformation from Regular to Attack mode... Also I got to see the rear spoiler in action! In attack mode of course, the rear spoiler raises and becomes vertical as the vehicle makes quick stops! It was awsome!
It's funny though, that regular mode KITT sounds way meaner in person versus the quiet Attack Mode KITT. My guess is that the Attack Kitts are just "Regular Mustangs" with body kits. The Shelby KITT has a great sound in person especially as it accelerates away from you.
One thing I did notice was that of the two attack KITTs on set, one is lower than the other one, and also one has blacked out tinted windows, my guess is that they use that one so that stunt drivers can't be seen.
Well I had fun observing, and it was cool to see all the cars out again...
Sorry I don't have pics...I'm such an idiot! From now on, I'm traveling with my camera!
