Good thing it was only a 5.4, I don't think anyone was seriously hurt and major damage, at least from the reports right now. Hopefully a stronger one isn't going to be following it.Re: User Check In: Are you safe?

This is why I love you guys!!! That was so sweet of you all to worry. I’m good. I just posted my response over here viewtopic.php?f=11&t=11821 when I saw this one too.
The phones go dead for a while when these things happen. So it’s nice to know I can still contact people through you guys if I ever needed to. You guys are awesome!!

I'm up in silicon valley in Northern California, never felt a thing up here. 
It's true 5.4 is pretty minor earthquake, I've been through 7.1 myself, a lot stronger

I know some people in the Los Vegas area that said that while they didn't feel anything they heard others in the area did notice it a bit.
