The closest so far is Cepstral's "William". You can hear a demo of it and download a demo at cepstral.com. I use that for my laptop (which is called "KITT").

There used to be an MS Agent Vox display but it seems that it's no longer available or can be found.

Funny, that's the voice I'm using in my replica.

I always wondered why Cepstral called that particular voice "William". I wondered if it was after William Daniels.

Well what in particular are you looking for? A text to speech thing like Fuzzie is mentioning, or something more like a KITT Soundboard, where you can play audio clips of KITT?
