Another site has decided to spread the "hasselhoff agianst Knight Rider" story.

I will just take it with a large pinch of salt.

They mixed what he said on the Late Late Show with that old story. While ignoring the few positive things he did say, typical.
The new and again improved evil's advertisement is currently too long and too badass to display here. But let's just say that with now 50% more evil, this **** is great! :skar:

Yeah I see it’s those WENN people causing trouble again.

But still DH could be a little bit more positive. If he was I think a lot more of us fans would rally around him and demand NBC include him. I noticed how Craig Ferguson, cut him off when he started to wander down the road of how bad he thought the show was. I mean really, DH give them a break! Imagine if some famous actor was saying that about KR when it premiered in 82. It was just the pilot it’s gonna get better!

Sure, David could be a little more positive, but I'd rather him be blatantly honest instead of sugarcoating his opinion like so many Hollywood people do. It's not like his criticisms are invalid, despite the fact that the movie did have humor and action (but not to the extent of what it could have been, which is what I believe he means). A lot of members here were pissed at Peter Parros when he criticized the backdoor pilot and dismissed him as bitter, but it's important to remember that just because they didn't happen to like the movie or end up being in it, doesn't automatically make their opinions biased.

Well sure, even though I loved it, I probably found the same things wrong with the movie as he did. But it just feels like there is a lot of politics going on between him and NBC that should really be kept behind closed doors. I would like to see him in the new show. I definitely believe that everyone deserves a second chance. I’m just worried that NBC might not appreciate his attitude and decide to cut him from the show altogether. Sadly if you want to keep a job in Hollywood you really do have to sugarcoat everything.
(But also all these mixed messages he is sending out are getting me very confused - and I think other people as well. One day we hear Hoff loves it, the next he hates it. - But of course everything NBC puts out is going to have him being positive while newspapers are gonna want to dig for the dirt and thus are going to put a completely different spin on it. You really can twist interviews into anything you want them to be. )

David has rights to tell his opinion about the movie, positive or negative. As well as other people. What's wrong with it? (I mean the things he really said). He was strething the truth when supported the movie... But I think he truly thought the film would be developed in the right direction. He really wanted to give it a chance. That's why he told positive things. Althought the whole thing about "Hasselhoff against KR" is overreacted in the press.
But still DH could be a little bit more positive. If he was I think a lot more of us fans would rally around him and demand NBC include him.
Huh? Where have you being when he WAS positive and asked fans to support him??? Now he is out of the movie. It's too late to demand something. Although it would not help anyway, I think.
It was obviously from the beginning that the producers wanted to make the movie in their very own direction. And they needed brand "Knight Rider" and David and all the words about being true to the original series just to get big audience.
Imagine if some famous actor was saying that about KR when it premiered in 82.
It's not illegal, nevertheless. If nobody told bad things about KR in 82, it was because the show was relly good. IMHO the new movie is balderdash.

And, guys, I would not support David so much in this issue (except the point that he has rights for his own opinion, I may agree with or disagree with; that's just the matter of respecting other people), if I really think the movie is good or it is going to be better. The point is, that I really agree with David. I think it would be better to make it in absolutely another direction. OR make a movie, which is not connected with the original series.
