I guess this is only the first part of a larger equation, so I reckon the answer that I'm looking for is 2008 since taking twice the excitement brings 502 upto 1004, and then doubling the anticipation takes us from 1004 to 2008.

What it means still shrouded in speculation. I will not be giving out any more answers from this point on though. The rest is up to you to decide how involved you wish to be in solving the mystery. You can post guesses, solutions, answers, etc. I will not be confirming or denying them.

I want to make this challenging and still make it fun. So I will do my best to come up with some unique ways of doing so. I didn't want to copy or compete with the great things KITTRULES has done with their mystery. This is something entirely new, I assure you.

Here are the rules...

2. I will not confirm or deny your guesses. If you think you know what it is (the entire mystery I'm building towards) and you are right, I will tell you in private and will expect you not to ruin the fun (publically) for everyone else. You may want to take advantage of the spoiler tags in public.

3. Do not think that I'm insulting your intelligence by challenging you to work for the solutions. That's part of the fun of a game, please have good sportsmanship. You can invest as little or as much time as you like.

4. Seeing isn't always believing.

5. I promise you everything I'm doing is leading somewhere worth your time and effort.

6. You may send me a PM with questions if you are absolutely lost but keep in mind I may not answer them to your expections if it involves giving away too much.

Now the real game begins...stay tuned because while I will post at least one update a week, I could also post a new one every day or every other day, or every few days...you just never know how unpredictable I can be.

I know what is, VK`s gonna give everyone on the board signed pics of David Hasselhoff in his swimwear! LOL

My gut feeling is that an official announcement regarding a specific aspect of the movie is coming, such as the choice of car, the date the movie will go into production, or some other important aspect, although I dare say that judging by the challenge set forth, my thinking may be a little limited.

VK can you provide the formula to the first puzzle?

Essentially, it was the same formula I used to come to 2008. I just mistook the 02 as standing for the twice and double aspect of the formula instead of taking it at face value, and multiplying it along with the 502.

04.1004 = then double the anticipation (04.1004 x 2 each spot) = 08.2008

I have to admit it was kind of spur of the moment to come up with this idea so I will most likely reintroduce this thing in a more proper context so as to avoid as much confusion as possible. All you need to know at this point is it's something meant to be fun and interactive that should keep you guessing up to the very end of the reveal (in august) of what it is. Make sure you pay attention very closely to the rules and the solutions because they will tell you what you need to know and gradually rule out possiblities.

I am in the process of working out details. When they have been worked out, you will know more. Until then my game is on hold.
