knight rider online

Anyone from the board planning on hitting the Comicon? I'm planning on making the trip out and I know of several others. Been holding this back while details are being finalized, but stuff is starting to leak out, so here is what I know.

The Knight Rider panel is scheduled to take place on Thursday July 24th. Final panel arrangements are still being made, but Gary Scott Thompson is confirmed. Also what is confirmed? The big unveiling of footage from the series plus the new Attack-KITT, live and in person!

The theater holds 1000 people, so it shouldn't be too hard to get a seat, but I hear they don't clear the room from panel to panel. This will also be a moderated panel - where a moderator asks pre-submitted questions to the panel (vs the ask the question in the audience type thing), so we'll have more information on how to get your question asked as we get closer to the date.

If there is a mass of us, we should all perhaps meet up the night before for a drink or something. It should be alot of fun!

Tickets are available from http://www.comic-con.org - and it looks like 80% sold out for Thursday, so place your orders now!

Right on my birthday, nice. I made a trip there last year during that same week, but doesn't look like I'll be making it this year. So it appears as if they'll be officially unveiling the new Attack K.I.T.T. after all which should be interesting. I missed New York's Comicon as well...

Well I was going to go just on Sunday, but it looks like I’m going Thursday now too. I’m gonna drive there and back and then there and back again so lets meet during the day or on Thursday night.
They should so reserve some front seats for us all so we can all sit together and cheer, scream, faint, etc.
See if they are letting us bring cameras / video cameras, I was surprised to find they are not completely banned.
Maybe we should make badges with our screen names and pictures so we know who we are. It will sure be interesting to see what you all look like.

I'm going for the full five days- hopefully, for some Knight Rider goodies, and Doctor Who stuff.

Yes, right (nice to be a downer! ). I don't know if any actors would show up (as writers didn't do PR back during the writers strike)

I would assume the Exec Producers would still show up, but they might support their Actors the way everyone did the writers and walk off as well.

It would be a bit of a bummer not to see the cast. But no reason to get down cause KI3T will be there and isn’t that what we all really want to see!!

OK - Spoke with Universal. They might be able to set aside reserved seating for us - so I need an accurate head count of who will attend, if you can. They also need to set aside seats for other universal people, so please let me know ASAP.

Also, I'm printing up some tshirts (will show the design in a day or so) - and I will give them to you for free if you agree to wear it the day of the show. It would really be powerful if we all had the same shirt on and stood out in the audience I feel. Let me know too if you are cool with wearing a shirt (dependent on seeing final design of course)

Have fun guys! I wish i could go but none of my friends ever want to go. I've always wanted to go to Comic Con. They always get to see the best things there. Unveilings, new movie previews, everthing! Try and film everything you can! And lots of pictures!

Don't worry - we'll have HD Video and SLR Still coverage of the Con. I don't think we'll be able to film inside the panel, but there will be alot more going on behind the scenes to shoot...

And we'll probably do it in real time as we can. We've been able to do in the past with the Knight Nationals.

Well damn, that sounds great. Really wish I could go.

Hey neil, do me a favour if you remember...i know it`s not knight rider related but please ask GST the latest on any type of ending for Las Vegas! EVen if it is just a slight crossover with Knight Rider.
