Shadow of the Day - The Sun will set for KITT

I know there are a lot of KITT tributes out there on YouTube already. But I don’t think there is one to this song yet. When I heard it I had to make it. Especially considering KITT has been known to go by the name shadow. But mainly because “sometimes solutions aren’t so simple, sometimes goodbye's the only way."

Very interesting, Sue. I'm not sure it quite works altogether, but there are specific parts that do flow nicely with the song, especially the end where K.I.T.T. drives into the sunset.
I also have envisioned using this song with Knight Rider, but for the 2008 backdoor pilot. I think the song would fit perfectly during the scene where K.I.T.T. consoles Sarah about death during their drive to find Mike. I would have edited it together myself a few months ago, but don't quite know how to do it to get the specific points of the song to play with the flow of the scene.
Nice job on the video, nevertheless.

Lets face it Kitt's not coming back the way he used to (acid pit,Goliath,Juggernaught never stopped him but NBC did) and its a sad fact.
I wish we could have seen a deactivation scene for the original knight 2000 with showing Michael Knight young(good makeup skills) and not showing Devon's face but a figure with grey hair,Bonnie not showing her face, and possibly RC3.Would have been nice to see kitt's last scan and tracer light fade away.That's a great tribute to kitt.Old technology but who care we loved the personality behind those 8 leds .

Yes possibly, this and several other topics in this forum. I think once this new show gets up to full swing we shall have to rename this page Classic Knight Rider. This seems to be where the old school fans like to hang out, this is why I posted it here. I’ll go bring this question up in board dealings.

I just wanted everyone to know is all. I’ve been known to go by other names so I didn’t want them getting us confused.
