Okay, here's the story:
I'm writing a fic that requires our boy Kitt to get a new car. I've shuffled through a few (or rather hundreds) of cars and ended with two finalists.

Option A: Peugeot 907 Concept (2004)

PLEASE NOTE - in my fic it will be black, not the crazy orange the last one is!!!

I spent a looooong time searching through bundles of rare and exotic cars and finally narrowed it down to these two. My goal was to find a car whose "personality" matched Kitt's. For instance, the even headlights on the MG or the back fender curve of the 907.

the -P O N T I A C R A G E O U S- is my choice....tho only a prototype...it looks, feels right...it'd look better in charcoal black! ( amber scanner for KARR -of course! ) and a real dark midnight blue for KITT with his classic red scanner )

I don't see Kitt as a Rageous. Karr yes, Kitt no.

And either way this is for MY FIC, so I've given two of MY OPTIONS.

People need to learn to read the post!

It was a hard choice. Some angles I like the Peugeot, while other angles I preferred the MG. I went with the MG, but I did go back and forth, looking at the pictures a bunch of times before deciding.

Don't let the jerks deter you from posting your fanfic.

Stargazer: No car suits Kitt better than his own '82 Trans Am. Just going [waaaaay] outside the box.

krfan1: A lot of people are preferring the MG. I'll give it a little longer before I write.

I looked at both options and really couldn't decide. I think what would make KITT would be a 1998 -2002 WS6 Trans Am. Just upgraded a little bit, with all of the functions that it had before.

I COMPLETELY AGREE.

A Trans Am is the only car that Kitt has come to know as home.

Problem is, it wouldn't be original.

People have upgraded the T-Am before, I just decided I'd go [way] outside the box here. Kitt was sophisticated, no? So wouldn't an aristocratic, classy exotic car please him just as well, if not more? I have confidence that he'll settle in.

And don't forget - if this can't be Kitt, it could be Karr.

Why would u even think about making KITT a freakin import.KITT has to be a american car.Hate on the 'stang all you want,but KITT anything else but a american car would be insane.Why dont you just put James Bond in a Corvette ZR-1 while your at it.

KITT was, and let's face it, a little snobbish. Rich people [like to] drive expensive cars. Is a Mustang expensive? Nooo... Would anyone here like to see a Corvette ZR-1 or a Dodge Viper dissected and modified in every possible way? Nooo...that would ruin the heritage. These cars I'm offering are cars that are little-known and don't have a 'racing excellence for over 100 years' sticker on them. I figure they'd be the best to gut out and rebuild, excluding the body.

James Bond in a ZR-1, ah? What are you, sick?
