Episode name request

Hey guys, easy question for you. Though I've learned most of the episode names I haven't found this one. It's one of the many racing ones, there's a sniper that takes out a cars tires, and the one racer is framed when they find the rifle in his room. The girl's car nearly gets knocked off a cliff but gets stuck, and Michael/KITT save her with the grappling hook - any idea on the episode and season? Thanks in advance.

Is that really which episode it is? for some reason I thought it was different racing episode. I know the Give Me Liberty one has the Turbo Boost over the Charger, I guess I just separated the episodes...thanks, sorry.
