Is the new seris go or no go?

So, a whole bunch of topics have been opened some, saying the series won't occur and some saying it's coming in fall. So what is it? Do we have a new series of Knight Rider on our hands or is it staying with only the pilot?

Inasmuch as there has been a press release stating the show will be on in the fall, and there is an official announcement on the NBC website about the fall series, I don't know where your doubt about the series is coming from.

Have they already started shooting the new episodes and how many episodes the 1st season will have?
It's really awesome that we'll have new Knight Rider tv-series

The initial order is for 13 episodes; filming begins in June. Right now the writers are sitting in a room plotting out the stories for the season.

It would be nice if David Hasselhoff' guest stars as Michael Knight and is at least the 3rd most important character (MIke Tracer and Kitt being 1st and 2nd) of at least one of those 13 episodes. Even if it is just the 13th episode.
