Hey guys just a reminder that the auctions start today at 12pm on the SPEED channel. Probably will be alot of coverage on the new KITT's! Set your DVR's!

i don't see how they are going to make it to the 665 lots let alone the entire 900 of them unless they leave quite a few out....especially with only 5 shows

It will probably go on Saturday, i watched the first part for 3 hours & no KITTs so im sure it will probably be Saturday since its lot number is in the mid 600's.PHOENIXZERO wrote:Sell it yet? Just turned it on.

I think I seen on Barret-Jackson's website that is was to be sold on Saturday.

For those who don't know about this already, the NBCU KITT's will be auctioned between 9am and 3pm PST this Saturday and can be watched on the Speed Channel.
Also if you want to see what the cars will look like as they are on the lot, there are some photos of them on display from the March 22nd "Cruise-In and Open Car Show" that was held in Palm Beach.
You can view the images of both KITTs (Hero and Attack Mode) at the link below. The photo numbers are 1, 5, 6 (obscured by a tree), and 7

$300,000 took them both. Some older guy got it, lucky! Justin was there & said a few things. Im sure it will suface around the web soon.

ya know they referred to it as the tv movie and one of the announcers went as far as to say he didn't like it...i'm starting to have my doubts about it becoming a series...i sure hope it does though.

This also coming from one of the announcers that said that someone other than the Hoff played Michael Knight in the movie.

Justin Bruening was there at the auction which was a nice touch... I should have videoclips by tomorrow.

Did we get a clip of this up on line? I’m cable deprived. –Which is an odd thing considering I make cable shows for a living.
The cars they auctioned were not really Shelby KRs. I’m guessing they will get the real thing when the show goes to series?
