Urgent/Help Question RE: DVD's.....

Hi guys,
Last week I bought all the KR DVD's from Amazon and they made it to the house this past weekend and I've been watching them....
Last night I popped in the Season Two DVD to watch Episode One, (Goliath)......and about 38 minutes into it.....
THE DANG THING FROZE!!!
Sound and picture just flat out stopped!
I tried playing with all the functions.......FFWD, REVERSE, Going back to the menu, etc., etc.
Nothing worked.
It would then start to slowly move forward and jump ahead in time on the show.
Basically, it was just "hanging up" but all the while never losing time. And would un-hang itself and pick back up ahead in the episode.
.....Ok, first thing I'm thinking is my DVD player could be doing this???
Nope! I changed DVD players and the same stuff was happening, and at the same time in the episode.
That's pretty evident that it is a blemish or problem at that particular point on the DVD itself.
Anyhow, I've already emailed/called Amazon and they have a replacement on the way, but I just wanted to know for anyone else that has or has had KR DVD's......Have you had this problem?????
...I'm wanting to know if it is a manufacturing problem with just my DVD, or if there was some problem with the original footage and related that would lead to this occuring.
