I like it. Im even happy with the car choice as in this setup, it works.

liked the 180 bit at the end as a nod to the original with a slight 'back to the future' touch to it and the shots of desert scenery as they travelled...

for the series i'd add a couple of things though...

[b]the stunts, turbo boost and ski mode are a must have!!![/b]

i'd also enhance the shapeshifting by making K3TT change into other vehicles (fords if needs be!!) rather than just a mustang of some sort every time. and in the same vein i'd bring back 'C' mode (pretty sure ford do, or plan to, make a convertible mustang...)

i was a massive fan of the original and quite liked the dynamic between the car and mike but i would get rid of the sarah/mike element as it would compromise the charm of the original where MK had a girl every week...

obviously a bit of back story on previous members of the original flag team and K2TT would be nice

and would love another cameo from DH meet k3tt just to see what they would make of each other (BTW did anyone else think DH was extremeley wooden in his part at the end...???)

Well, it was meant to be a bit of an awkward moment I think. I'm pretty sure there is a Ford Mustang Convertible also.


I just finally got around to watching it for a second time and while the emblem attention still annoys me, my overall opinion has improved a bit as at least a couple of my nagging story issues were a made a less significant. I think I'll go from originally giving it an 8/10 to an 8.5/10.
