So NBC have put a copyright embargo on this, meaning only American IP addresses can view the videos. It's not illegal, they even have the entire show on their website, so its legit. If a moderator has questions then feel free to ask - I'd be happy to prove the legality in this.

So why does it say "This video is not available in your country."? I live in New York State.

Ok it seems that the country that is blocked by NBC is the United States weirdly, I think they made a mistake with that. Anyway, those in the US can watch it on their website. Try it anyway.

So what happens if you access that video outside the US? Also, whos account uploaded it - is it an NBC account?

It seems that Americans cant access the video but others can. It's not an NBC account no. Under YouTube rules..
What kinds of usage policies are there?

There are three usage policies -- Block, Track or Monetize. If a rights owner specifies a Block policy, the video will not be viewable on YouTube. If the rights owner specifies a Track policy, the video will continue to be made available on YouTube and the rights owner will receive information about the video, such as how many views it receives. For a Monetize policy, the video will continue to be available on YouTube and ads will appear in conjunction with the video. The policies can be region-specific, so a content owner can allow a particular piece of material in one country and block the material in another.

Seems not legal to me. Btw, living in Italy I am still looking for a way to watch the show in good quality... ;-)

I'm in the US and I could see it.

But if you're in the US you have better options anyway.
