Making a KITT Pillow

Woah, my first topic on KRO!
So I want to start working on a KITT plushie, and I'm not quite sure how to go about it.
Yes, a plushie. Well...more like a pillow. A really big pillow, hopefully.
C'mon, how cute will that be?!
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has done something like this before, and/or if anybody has any pointers about making one. Should I start off with a pillow base (like a cube pillow that was the side gussets), or just make one up?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Ooooohhhh Knight Rider Online...I thought you meant the Knight Reformulation One
Anyway, a plushie KITT? I think there was a girl who made a life-size plushie Ferrari but that's all I can offer. If you do go through with it, post pictures! I had the idea a few weeks ago that they should start manufacturing KITT/KARR plushies with working scanners : )

When the Transformers movie came out last year, they had plush Transformers. In their car forms, they actually looked kinda cool.

I wonder if she sells the cuddly Kitts....
Question: Why didn't Larson ever think of making Kitt/Karr plushies? They would have been a hit!

And they can like be really large sized(so they're huggable,of course),and they can like talk back or interact with eachother!
