Yep, the cobra logo seems to disappear in attack mode. Compare these two images:

Yeah, it gets covered up by the "armor", but since the car won't look like that most of the time I'm sure Ford didn't mind. Ahh a new post while I was reading the others.

This site is going to go nuts with post next month.

You are right. Did anyone notice the stock steering wheel on NBCs Knight Rider website? I wonder why they used that instead of that "Momo" steering wheel.

On the stunts the original used a stock steering wheel as well. You can't do stunt scenes with a steering wheel that the top is cut off.
