It lists a lot of the features on the new KITT that I don't think were mentioned before. I especially like some of the more scifi elements towards the bottom of the list. This probably counts as spoilers so be warned!

It's a rather stupid article written by someone who clearly wasn't familiar with the original show and took something that apparently was a joke as something serious.

It was meant as a spoof not to be taken serious.
